Meet Brande Martin
Brande Martin, MA, NBC-HWC, CMC, is a consultant, advisor, and executive/leadership coach who works with leaders and teams navigating AI adoption, organizational change, and sustained professional pressure.
She supports leaders during moments when work feels unclear or in motion, helping people and processes move forward with clarity, alignment, and direction as expectations, tools, and roles evolve.
Brande’s approach is shaped by years of leading enterprise-level integrated marketing communications, content strategy, marketing operations, and website governance, where clarity, adoption, scale, and execution are critical. She brings hands-on experience with AI integrations, digital publishing, change communications, and cross-functional transformation within complex organizations.
She is a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), Mayo Clinic–trained and certified, Certified Master Coach (CMC), and member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Brande blends coaching-based approaches with real-world leadership experience. She has led teams and partnered across marketing, communications, HR, product, legal, and technology functions, supporting organizations, leadership teams, and individuals through periods of transition when readiness, resilience, performance, and execution matter most.
She has training and certifications from the AI Leadership Institute (AI Solutions Architect; Responsible AI) and from MIT Sloan School of Management (Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy).
