Brande Martin, MA, NBC-HWC, CMC, is a marketing and website strategy leader as well as an AI consultant and advisor. She mainly works with small and mid-size businesses on developing their marketing and website strategies. Also, she consults and advises businesses on how AI and how to use effectively within their business processes to help simplify their workloads.
 

Her experience spans marketing communications, digital publishing, content strategy, website management & governance, editorial management, and cross-functional execution. She has led complex initiatives, built alignment across stakeholders, and translated strategy into systems that improve consistency, quality, and performance.

She has led content/editorial, marketing and digital strategy teams at the American Medical Association, MedScape/WebMD and other health-related organizations. 
 

Through Mighty Content, Brande combines marketing strategy, content strategy and operations, AI enablement, workflow design, and governance. She works with businesses to identify where AI can add value, map how work should flow, and create the review points and guardrails needed to use AI responsibly and effectively.

Her leadership and collaboration style are informed by coaching-based methods that support stakeholder alignment, communication, and team adoption during change. Her work is especially focused on helping organizations use AI and marketing systems in ways that support innovation, strengthen execution, maintain quality, and value human judgment.

Brande has training and certifications from the AI Leadership Institute in AI Solutions Architecture and Responsible AI, and from MIT Sloan School of Management in Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy.

She sits on the National Louis University Industry Advisory Board and is an adjunct instructor teaching a course on AI ethics in marketing.
